Freight Delivery

The Triumph NSS-11 ships via LTL common-carrier freight on a 48-foot semi truck and weighs approximately 2,400 lbs. Before purchase, please note:

• The customer unloads the lift from the truck. The driver does not unload it for you.
• Lift gate delivery is not available for auto lifts.
• Unloading requires a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or back hoe. The lift cannot be unloaded by hand.
• If unloading at your address is not possible, the lift can be shipped to the carrier’s nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van.
• Freight-company delivery appointments are coordinated by the customer directly with the carrier.
