These terms govern wholesale purchases from DOMDERA WHOLESALE LLC (“Domdera,” “we,” “us”). By placing a wholesale order with us, retailers agree to the policies below.
Eligibility for a Wholesale Account
To qualify for a wholesale account and remain an approved reseller of our products, you (“the retailer”) must either:
- Operate a physical shop (with or without an accompanying website), or
- Be an online-only seller with an established following.
Reselling our products on third-party marketplaces (such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon), or purchasing wholesale items for personal use, is strictly prohibited.
All applicants are reviewed and vetted to confirm that the business is legitimate and a good fit. Domdera reserves the right to decline any application, or to decline orders after approval, at its discretion.
Pricing
All pricing on our site is in U.S. dollars (USD). Wholesale pricing is available only to qualified retailers who intend to resell our products online or in-store. Promotional or one-off volume orders do not automatically qualify for wholesale pricing but may be eligible for a separate discount — please inquire.
Additional Discounts
Because wholesale pricing already reflects a significant discount, it does not qualify for additional discount codes. Extra discounts apply only during a designated promotion, or on high-volume orders where pricing is mutually agreed under contract. Orders that apply an unauthorized discount code at checkout will be canceled.
Invoicing & Payment Terms
We’re happy to provide an invoice for payment in USD — please contact us to place your order. All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment.
Shipping
We ship from our warehouse in 667 S Almstead Rd, Watkins, CO 80137, USA . Any applicable import duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the retailer and are not included in shipping costs.
Free shipping is available on all qualifying products purchased through our website.
Fulfillment
Once payment is received, orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days unless we notify you otherwise.
Bulk & B2B Sales
We welcome bulk orders to B2B accounts and other wholesalers. Contact us to discuss volume pricing and terms.

Damaged Items
Every order is quality-checked before shipping. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
