Where We Ship
We ship to addresses throughout the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping on every order ā no minimum purchase and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Processing & Delivery Times

- Order cut-off: 11:00 PM CST (UTC ā6). Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Handling and transit times are estimates. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, promotions, or because of carrier delays outside our control.
One Address Per Order
We’re unable to ship a single order to more than one address. If you’d like items sent to different destinations, please place a separate order for each one.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier’s tracking information to begin updating.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of your order date, email us at contact@domdera.com with your name and order number and we’ll track it down for you.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email contact@domdera.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right ā typically with replacement parts or a replacement item.
