Wholesale Policies
Domdera offers wholesale opportunities for qualified card shops, game stores, hobby retailers, breakers, resellers, and other approved buyers purchasing sealed trading card and sports card products.
Wholesale Inquiries
To request wholesale access, contact us at contact@domdera.com with:
- Business name
- Contact name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business website or storefront link, if available
- Resale certificate or business documentation
- Product categories of interest (e.g., Panini, Topps, Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece)
- Estimated order quantity (by case or box count)
- Shipping destination
Wholesale Approval
Wholesale access is not automatic. Domdera reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke wholesale access at our discretion, including for buyers who misuse pricing, resell below MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) where applicable, or violate manufacturer distribution terms.
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities apply by case or box, and vary by product, manufacturer allocation, and inventory availability. Case-only products cannot be broken into individual boxes for wholesale pricing.
Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is based on order volume, product allocation, and market availability. Trading card and sealed wax pricing fluctuates with manufacturer release schedules and secondary market demand, so quoted prices are valid only for a limited window and are subject to change without notice unless confirmed in writing.
Allocation & Availability
High-demand releases (limited print runs, hobby exclusives, presale items) may be allocated across our wholesale buyer base rather than sold first-come, first-served. We’ll notify you if a requested product is allocated or sold out before your order is confirmed.
Payment Terms
Wholesale orders require full payment before processing unless written credit terms have been approved by Domdera in advance.
Shipping for Wholesale Orders
Sealed cases and bulk orders ship via insured freight or parcel carrier depending on order size. Shipping costs, packaging requirements, and delivery timelines will be confirmed before order approval.
Domdera currently ships wholesale orders only within the United States unless a separate written arrangement is approved.
Returns for Wholesale Orders
Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, wholesale orders are final sale once shipped, except for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or misprinted by the manufacturer. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and shipping packaging.
Authenticity Guarantee
All wholesale products are sourced directly from official distributors and are guaranteed authentic and factory-sealed at time of shipment. Domdera is not responsible for product condition after resale or after a case/box has left our possession.
Resale and Brand Use
Wholesale buyers may not misuse Domdera branding, product photography, descriptions, or trademarks without written permission. Domdera reserves the right to restrict resale channels (e.g., unauthorized marketplace listings) when necessary to protect brand integrity and manufacturer agreements.
