How to Start a Return

Have your order number ready. Our team will provide simple, step-by-step return instructions and the address of the return facility.
For shipping errors, defective items, or parts that arrive damaged, you usually do not need to ship anything back ā just contact us and we’ll resolve it quickly, typically by sending replacement parts.
Return Window
We accept returns when you contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 90 days may not be eligible.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
For swing sets, playsets, and similar large items, all pieces must be fully disassembled and securely re-boxed in the original packaging. If a return arrives damaged due to inadequate packing or partial assembly, we may ā at our discretion ā reduce your refund by the restocking fee plus the cost of any parts needed to restore the item to like-new condition.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to returned products. Preparing a returned playset for resale takes significant labor, and a returned set cannot be sold as new, so the restocking fee helps offset that cost.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning an item, and for shipping the product to the return facility we designate. We’ll provide the correct address when you contact us.
Refund Method, Timing & Amount
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, etc.).
Your refund is processed after the returned product arrives at our designated facility and passes inspection. Unless you cancel before your order ships, your refund amount is calculated as:
Original invoice amount ā shipping charges (outbound and, if applicable, return) ā restocking fee ā the cost of any damaged parts we must replace.
3-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. All items purchased directly from www.domdera.com are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, beginning on the date of delivery.
If a product develops a defect within the warranty period, contact us at contact@domdera.com with your order number and a description (and photos, where possible) of the issue. At our discretion, we will repair the item, send replacement parts, or replace the product.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or weathering from outdoor exposure
- Damage from misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by us
- Products not purchased directly from www.domdera.com
Cancellations
If you cancel your order before it ships, you’ll receive a full refund with no fees.
Purchases Made Elsewhere
This policy applies only to products purchased directly from www.domdera.com. If you bought a Domdera-listed product from another retailer ā such as Amazon, Walmart, or any third-party store ā please follow that retailer’s return and refund policy, as we cannot process returns for purchases made outside our website.
