What the PWB50’s 2D Data Entry Actually Does

Older balancers required the operator to manually input three measurements for each wheel: rim diameter, rim width, and distance from the balancer to the rim’s inner edge. Slow, error-prone, and dependent on operator attention.

The PWB50’s automatic 2D data entry uses a measurement arm that touches the rim and records the distance and diameter automatically. The operator inputs only the rim width. Result: faster setup per wheel, fewer input errors, and consistent balance quality across different operators and shifts.
