This is the same runner as the 9 ft MF2-10814-EZ with twelve more inches, and the capacity is identical at 3,000 lbs.

The choice between them is entirely about deck height. Into a standard pickup bed the nine-footer is enough and stores shorter. Into a lifted truck, a tall trailer or a dually with big tyres, the extra foot takes several degrees off the climb.

A rigid ten-foot runner is a nuisance to keep anywhere. Each of these folds in half at the middle to 5 feet and 5 inches thick, which lies across a truck bed rather than down it.
