Description

Black Widow Roller Plate — Turns the ProLift HD’s Rear Opening Into a Wheel Spinner

Oiling a chain or cleaning a rear rim means turning the wheel, and turning the wheel means getting the bike off the ground. On a lift table the usual answer is a second jack under the machine that is already on a lift.

The roller plate skips that. It drops into the ProLift HD’s rear panel opening and puts the back tyre on two sealed ball-bearing steel rollers — the wheel turns freely with the bike sitting flat on the table.

Why Choose the Roller Plate

The rear wheel spins without lifting the bike again.

  • Two sealed ball-bearing rollers — the tyre turns under finger pressure, sealed against chain lube and grit.
  • Drops into the existing rear opening — swaps with the drop-out panel, no tools or modification.
  • Steel with a red powder coat — 13 lbs of plate that lives in a workshop.
  • Suits cruisers and sport bikes — roller spacing takes both wide and narrow rear tyres.

  • 20-3/4 in x 13-3/4 in plate — sized to the ProLift HD opening
  • 1-1/2 in plate height — sits level with the table deck

  • Swaps with the drop-out panel — no permanent change to the table

Why Rollers Beat Lifting Again

Once a bike is strapped to a lift table it is exactly where you want it. Jacking the rear wheel off that table to turn it undoes the setup and adds a second thing that can shift while your hands are near the chain.

The roller plate leaves the bike where it is. The tyre sits across two rollers instead of on flat steel, so it rotates under hand pressure with the machine still flat and still strapped.

For chain work that matters, because the job is inherently one of turning the wheel repeatedly — clean a section, rotate, clean the next.

Sealed Bearings Because of Where It Lives

A roller under a rear tyre gets chain lube, brake dust and road grit on it every time it is used. Open bearings in that position turn rough within a season.

These are sealed ball bearings, which keeps the contamination out of the races and the rotation smooth. The rollers themselves are steel rather than plastic, so they take the load of a heavy cruiser without flat-spotting.

The plate is 13 lbs and swaps directly with the drop-out panel. When the job is done it lifts straight back out and the table returns to a flat deck.

The Right Roller Plate for Your Table

To spin a rear wheel without re-lifting the bike, this is the plate: two sealed-bearing steel rollers, 20-3/4 in x 13-3/4 in, made for the BW-PROLIFT-HD.
