Extra Rise Where It Counts

At roughly 47 in of lift, wheel hubs sit at chest height and rockers at the waist — the working posture stays upright through brake jobs, tire swaps, and trim work. The 81.5 in platforms with 32.2 in between them fit a wide range of wheelbases and sills.

Drive-up ramps make loading simple, and the composite rubber blocks meet the car at its factory lift points.

Five Locks, Low-Voltage Control

Mechanical locks engage at 5 positions on the way up, so the vehicle rests on steel wherever you stop. The 24V control system keeps hands on low-voltage switches, and the height limit switch ends travel at maximum safe extension.

The hydraulic system runs at a 20 MPa rated pressure on AW-46 oil (AW-32 for cold climates), driven by a 110V or 220V single-phase power unit. The included caster kit repositions the lift when the floor plan changes.
