Domdera is committed to clear and secure billing practices.

When You Are Charged

Customers are charged at checkout when an order is placed and payment is approved.

Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at checkout.

Payment Security

Payments are processed through secure payment service providers. Domdera does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on our own systems.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once, contact us at contact@domdera.com. Please include your name, order number, transaction date, and the last four digits of the payment method if applicable. Do not email full card numbers.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact your payment provider immediately and notify us at contact@domdera.com so we can review the order.

Refund Billing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Domdera before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue quickly. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are incorrect, fraudulent, or inconsistent with our policies.
