Description

Black Widow TFP-9354 Punch Plate Folding ATV Ramp — Nearly Eight Feet of Solid Deck

The steepest part of loading a quad is always the last foot, where the ramp meets the tailgate. Short ramps make that angle sharp, and a sharp angle is where belly pans catch and rear wheels lose grip.

The TFP-9354 answers with length and surface. It is 7 ft 9 in long and 53-1/2 inches wide, decked in punch plate, and rated to 1,500 lbs.

Why Choose the TFP-9354

A long, solid, full-width deck.

  • 7 ft 9 in of length — flattens the climb into a full-size truck bed.
  • Punch plate surface — continuous grip that lets mud and water fall through rather than pack up.
  • 53-1/2 in width — a full-size machine with room on both sides.
  • Folds to 18-3/4 in — 70 lbs of ramp that still stands against a wall.

  • 53-1/2 in overall width — extra-wide loading surface
  • Punch plate decking — grip across the whole surface
  • 1,500 lb maximum capacity — utility quads plus cargo
  • 70 lb ramp weight — heavy-gauge deck, folded for handling
  • Folds to 18-3/4 in x 7 in — narrow enough to store upright
  • High-strength aluminum — rust free on a wet trailer
  • Rubber-coated fingers — grip the tailgate without scratching
  • 2 in profile — low step onto the deck at the ground end

Length Is the Cheapest Safety Feature

Approach angle is simple arithmetic. A tailgate at 34 inches over a 6 ft ramp is roughly a 28 percent slope; the same tailgate over 7 ft 9 in is closer to 22 percent.

That difference decides whether a low-slung machine touches down at the crest, and whether the rear wheels keep traction as weight transfers backwards on the climb.

It also decides how the machine comes off. Descending a shallow ramp is controlled; descending a steep one is a matter of brakes and hope.

A Deck, Not a Ladder

Punch plate is a solid aluminum sheet perforated across its whole area. Every hole is an edge, so tread finds grip wherever it lands — and mud, snowmelt and grit fall through instead of filling the surface.

That is the difference from a rung ramp on a bad day. Rungs rely on tread reaching a bar; a packed tyre may never touch one. A perforated deck has nothing to bridge.

The cost is 70 lbs of ramp. It folds to 18-3/4 inches wide and 7 inches thick, which is what makes that weight something you store rather than something you trip over.

The Right ATV Ramp for Your Truck

To load a full-size quad at the shallowest angle you can get, the TFP-9354 is the ramp: 7 ft 9 in long, 53-1/2 in wide, punch plate decked, rated to 1,500 lbs.
