The KT-T850 Changer Side

The tilt-back tower is the design difference. Rather than swinging the mount head sideways across the wheel, the whole column tips back out of the way and returns to exactly the same position each time. Setup stays repeatable, and no arc passes over a painted rim.

Capacity is where it earns its price: 47 in maximum wheel diameter, 15 in width, clamping from 14–26 in outside or 16–28 in inside. Large light-truck fitments and oversized alloys run on the same machine as a standard passenger wheel.

The frame is 750 lbs of Q235 and Q245 steel, which is what a big bead breaker needs under it. The turntable is 2.0 HP at 6.8 r/min on 110V power and 0.8–1.0 MPa shop air.

The KT-B750 Balancer Side

Balancer accuracy starts at the shaft. The KT-B750 uses a hardened φ36 mm extended shaft, so every wheel mounts on a surface sized and heat-treated to keep its geometry rather than wearing into a reading of its own.

A 3 mm steel body on a Q235 and Q245 frame gives the machine mass to absorb spin vibration instead of feeding it into the sensors — which is exactly what a 143 lb assembly at 180 rpm delivers, all day.

The 0.25 kW pure-copper-wound motor returns ±1 g in about 7 seconds on rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.6 in and assemblies to 143 lbs, running 110V single phase.
